The Certificate may be credited towards the Graduate Diploma in TESOL. The amount of credit will depend on the entry requirements of the GDipTESOL being met, and whether the Certificate in Second Language Teaching is taken out as a formal award. OTEN-DE also offers English Language - ESOL (Basic English stream) if language proficiency is below NRS3.
