>To develop students confidence in the use of English. >Specifically, to prepare students for study at William Blue International Hotel Management School.

Course Content:

> The Kitchen Food Preparation. > Food and Beverage. > Front Office. > Housekeeping. > Human Resources. > Cultural Awareness. > Marketing. > Business Communications. > Accounting. > Legal Studies.
Outcomes: 

>Certificate at Upper Intermediate & Lower Advanced Level.
>Direct entry to William Blue International Hotel Management School.

Eligibility: 

>Permanent resident or Student Visa.
>Completion of HSC or equivalent for entry to William Blue International Hotel Management School.
>Language Proficiency ISLPR 2(Intermediate Level).
