PEAT Preparation for Overseas Trained Teachers; One Day Workshops
This course aims to develop language communication skills and strategies to prepare students for the Professional English Assessment for Teachers (PEAT) and provide an orientation to the teaching profession in NSW.
Course Content:

>Timed test practice
>Cross-cultural awareness.
>Appropriate learning strategies.
Certified by the University of NSW, Institute of Languages. External test readiness; pathway to employment.
Intention to enter the NSW DET secondary school system.Intention to sit PEAT. Qualifications recognised by the NSW DET. ISLPR 2+ to 3.
