Course Summary:
To improve ability to communicate in a business environment with colleagues, clients and customers.
Course Content:
The course provides opportunities to develop and practise interview techniques. Practice activities help develop skills for speaking on the telephone and participating in discussions in meetings. The course also works towards improving vocabulary as well as grammatical use of English.
Outcomes:
Certificate III in Spoken and Written English modules.
Eligibility:
The course is suitable for people from a non-English speaking background with an intermediate or higher level of general proficiency in English. ISLPR 2 and above.

Dates and Times:
Courses offered every 5 weeks. Classes are held alternatively on Tuesday and Thursday 6.30 - 8.30pm or Saturday 9.00am - 1.30pm. Four hours tuition per week for 5 weeks.
