Armenian Business Trainers Association (ABTA)

ABTA plans to accomplish the following: • Provide local organizations with business training skills necessary to advance their workforce and to provide employees with business trainer skills as well as business train-the-trainer skills to give them competitive advantage. The association will also support individuals who desire to advance their skills and knowledge in the field of training. • Develop and print business training guides, methodologies and materials on how to provide business trainings, hold business seminars and conduct workshops. • Unite business trainers in Armenia under the same roof by creating a website where trainers can access valuable information pertaining to various industries, discuss matters, and exchange experiences and knowledge in the field of business training. • Partner with international organizations specializing in providing business trainings. Such partnership will allow for exchange of training experience, knowledge, and material that will advance the association’s mission.
