This course focuses on the language and interpersonal skills needed to provide a high quality service to both internal and external customers.
Course Content:

Outcomes: 
Statement of Attainment in recognition of partial completion of the VETAB accredited Certificate III in Communication Skills.
Eligibility: 
Non-English speaking background permanent residents of NSW who have overseas qualifications, training and/or skills and experience but who are not currently employed at the level of their expertise.
Training Provider: 
NSW AMESRegistered with VETAB as an RTO
