Introduction, development and practice of language functions related to business.
Course Content:
This course integrates all four skills through topics such as:
> Using the telephone.
> Business letters.
> Meetings.
> Business travel.
> Entertaining and meeting people.
> Applying for a job.

Outcomes:
Students are able to demonstrate and ability in and understanding of basic functions in an office and business related environment. Students are able to apply for jobs with confidence.
Eligibility:
Students should have reached a level of at least intermediate on general English.

8.30am - 2.30 pm Monday to Friday. Students may enrol on any Monday throughout the year - subject to student numbers.
