Accredited entry level training program for people from a non-English Speaking backgrounds wishing to pursue a career in the Child Care industry by applying their cultural and linguistic abilities to benefit federally funded Children's Services.

> Child Welfare and Protection.
> Introduction to Disabilities.
> The Child Care Industry.
Certificate III in Multicultural Welfare.
>Eligible for casual employment in Commonwealth funded Children's Services through the Casual Ethnic Workers Pool(CEWP) program, sponsored by the Ethnic Child Care, Family and Community Services Co-op Ltd. >Be bi-cultural/bi-lingual.>Speak, read, write & comprehend English to IELTS level 5.5 or more. >Have experience and qualifications in early childhood or social sciences (overseas or Australian). >Be available to undertake full-time study for a minimum of twelve (12) weeks.
