History:
Canberra School of Sri Lankan Language & Dancing Inc (Reg No. A03605) was established in 1994
and became a member of the ACT Ethnic Schools Association in July 2003. It is run by the students’
parents on a non-profit basis. Since then the School has contributed in promoting Sinhala language
and culture through dancing/drama and music programs among the children of second generation Sri
Lankan origin and also the broader community.
