This training course will bring together 25 different stakeholders (formal, non-normal, social & business sector) to develop long-term partnerships and projects involving and targeting youth at risk and in NEET situation.

SALTO-YOUTH.net is a network of 8 Resource Centres working on European priority areas within the youth field. It provides youth work and training resources and organises training and contact-making activitiesto support organisations and National Agencieswithin the frame of the European Commission's Youth in Action programme and beyond. SALTO-YOUTH's history started in 2000 and is part of the European Commission’s Training Strategy within the Youth in Action programme and works in synergy and complimentarity with other partners in the field.
