My mission is to enable individuals and organisations to make their best become their average and reach their full potential and my vision is to live in a world where people perform at their best and are accomplished as individuals.
I am passionate about helping organizations foster leadership development through learning, at an individual and organizational level. My main area of interest is how people and organizations learn and how this leads to sustainable performance.
My work experience involves international activities, trainings and coaching sessions carried out at national, European, and worldwide level with different individuals, NGOs, companies and institutions.
I believe in making the world a better place and investing in young people. In support of this, I volunteers for different youth organizations, engaging in a variety of educational activities. (Ask me to volunteer for your organisation here).
At present, I am the Learning and Leadership Development Director of Wide Circle, a Brussels-based international consultancy specialised in Communication, Learning and Change. I have a B.Sc. in Advanced Computer Automation and a soon-to-be M.A. in International Public Relations.
I am a Certified NLP Master Coach, Certified Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming, Certified Master Hypnotist and Certified Master Practitioner of Time Line Therapy™.
