Global Bridge Educational Centre and The Regent’s School, Bangkok are pleased to announce a competition for 2015 – 2016 “Global Connect” Scholarships awarded by Regent’s School, Thailand. The top awardees will receive 30% to 100% scholarship on both tuition and boarding fees.
The Regent's School graduates are awarded with IGCSE (International General Certificate of Secondary Education) and/or IB (International Baccalaureate) upon graduation. Most of the Regent’s School alumni have received admission offers from leading educational institutions such as University of Oxford and Cambridge, UCL , University of Toronto, etc.
Who can apply?
• Pupils who are 16-17 years old for IB courses ( i.e. person who was born before 1 September 1999 and will still have one or two more years of high school remaining after June 2015)
• Pupils who are 14-15 years old for IGCSE courses ( i.e. person who was born before 1 September 2001 and will still have three or four more years of high school remaining after June 2015)
• Pupils who have very strong academic record (school records of the last 2 years with above 75 percentile and a reference letter from the Principal)
• Pupils who are fluent in English
• Pupils who are fluent in Mathematics
• Pupils who are citizens of the RA
• Olympiad award winners have better chance
• Very strong will to become a good role model
• Talented in music, sport or drama (helpful)
• Pupils who are hard-working, ambitious, open-minded, have leadership skills and are able to actively participate in extracurricular activities.

• Fill in an online application form
• Ask Global Bridge representative to e-mail to chairman@regents.ac.th to confirm your academic excellence, i.e. top 10% rankings in your English and Maths class.
Registration deadline for taking part in the competition is April 15, 2015.

First Stage
• English Test,
• Mathematics test in English,
Second Stage
• Interview (The date of the Interview will be announced only to those students who have successfully passed the first stage.)
