Course Summary:
This course is for unemployed migrants from non-English speaking background by distance education. It provides skills and knowledge required to use different computer software applications with English language support.
Course Content:
> Word Processing, Spreadsheet, Database Operations.
> Connect Hardware Peripherals.
> Install Software Applications.
> Work Experience and Tutorial Support.

Outcomes:
>Workskills Certificate I. >Articulation into Information Technology Certificate II.
Eligibility:
Permanent residents, eligible temporary residents and adult Australian citizens from non-English speaking backgrounds who are unemployed.
