Hospitality

To prepare students for further study in either the vocational or higher education sectors in hospitality, hotel management or tourism courses through the introduction, development and practice of the language skills, strategies and functions needed to undertake such a course.

This course is designed for unemployed people from non-English speaking backgrounds (NESB) it provides students with the skills and knowledge required to work in the hospitality and food services industry.

To assist students to increase their general English proficiency by the introduction, development and practice of language skills related to the hospitality industry.
