Course Summary:
This course explores the theory of negotiation and conflict resolution, as well as providing hands-on practice in one-to-one and group negotiation.
Course Content:

> communication skills that facilitate constructive responses to conflict in the workplace

Outcomes:
A Statement of Attainment is issued in recognition of partial completion of the VETAB accredited Certificate III in Communication Skills.
Eligibility:
NSW permanent residents of non-English speaking backgrounds who have overseas qualifications, training and/or skills and experience but who are not currently employed at their level of expertise.
Training Provider:
NSW AMESRegistered with VETAB as an RTO
