Course Summary:
This course provides frameworks and strategies for a range of workplace communication skills. It also examines cross-cultural issues which may affect the ability to speak with confidence.
Course Content:

Outcomes:
Statement of Attainment towards the Certificate III in Communication Skills.
Eligibility:
Open to residents of NSW from a non-English speaking background who have overseas qualifications, skills, training and/or experience, but are not currently employed at their level of expertise.
Training Provider:
