Study skills for entry into TAFE, private colleges or other educational providers.
Course Content:
>Preparation for TAFE or other educational programs.
>Further development of language skills appropriate for study (eg participation in tutorials, listening to lectures, preparing study notes).
>The development of skills in preparing appropriate texts, such as essays and reports.
>Further development of learning strategies in an educational setting (eg studying independently, devising study plans).
>Development of knowledge and understanding of Australian educational institutions.
>Further development and specific planning of an appropriate learner pathway.

Outcomes:
This course leads to the VETAB accredited Certificate III in Spoken and Written English
Eligibility:
Learners who have clear immediate study goals and a commitment to study.Language proficiency ISLPR 1+ to 2(Intermediate)Learning pace Medium to fast.
